Founder, Interior Designer

Bethany graduated from Drexel University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design. Her experience with esteemed architectural firms, designing healthcare and corporate interiors along with various hospitality and university projects, allows for an inspired execution of healthcare environments. Bethany’s work has been published in The New York Times, Architectural Record, Healthcare Design Magazine, Contract Magazine, Interiors & Sources, Hospitality Design, and Metropolis Magazine. Most recently, her work with Stephen Yablon Architecture and Planned Parenthood was awarded a 2016 National AIA Healthcare Design Award.

Lead Interior Designer contracted by Gertler and Wente Architects for the 18,000 sf expansion and renovation of the existing 36,000 sf building. The new building will provide much needed medical services to Southeast Queens.

New York Presbyterian Queens Hospital, Queens, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by Gertler and Wente Architects for the finish and furniture selection of the 12,000 sf, Multi-Specialty Outpatient Care Center.

Planned Parenthood, Queens, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by Stephen Yablon Architect for the new 15,000 sf clinic located in Queens.

New York Presbyterian Hospital, New York, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by ZGF Architects for the conceptual design, implementation, furniture and finish selection of the NYP Komansky Center for Children’s Health pediatric burn unit.

DITMAS Care Center, Brooklyn, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by Gertler and Wente Architects for the design of a 46,000 sf renovation, including a new 21 station renal dialysis center, a new 20 bed ventilator dependent unit, a 20 bed upgraded respiratory step-down unit, and new amenity space for residents and families.

NYU Langone Perlmutter Cancer Center, New York, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by Gertler and Wente Architects for the finish and furniture selection of the 8,000 sf, 10th Floor Cancer Center renovation.

Memorial Sloan Kettering, Patient Representative & Administrative Suites, New York, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by ZGF Architects for the renovation of MSKCC’s Patient Representative and Executive Administration Suite.

Visions Vocational Rehabilitation Center, Rockland County, New York
Lead Interior Designer contracted by Gertler and Wente Architects for the design of a new 16,000 square foot, two-story building for VISIONS Center on Blindness. The facility is for newly blind adults and will be a year round training center.

Winthrop University Hospital, Mineola, New York (1)
Lead Interior Designer of a new 120,000 sf translational research building, including a research laboratory, clinical research, medical offices, outpatient endocrine and diabetes care, a conference center and classrooms.

Mount Sinai Medical Center: Cancer Center, New York, New York (1)
Lead Interior Designer for a new Cancer Clinical Center (80,000 sf), located within the new Center for Science and Medicine Building, as well as the Mount Sinai Faculty Practice Associates Medical Offices (20,000 sf), located within the new 52-story Residential Tower Building. Also led and completed the furniture selection, specifications, and bidding process for both projects.

Lead Interior Designer on a series of renovation projects equating to 66,520 sf of new hospital program space. The renovation project includes a new OR and Surgical Suite.
